Mixed baked veggies with meat & rice

do you have to try new food do you like
food from all over the world let's try
something new and today I'm gonna show
you how to make something new and even
if you're vegetarian I want you to pay
attention because what I'm gonna do you

today is mix vegetables in the oven and

cut up the meat for cubes and put it on
top of it then we're gonna put it in the

if you're vegetarian I do respect that
so just put it in the oven after you add
the green peas if you're not that's what
you're gonna do cut up a nice piece of
meat to us more cubes like that I always
love to use the rib eye even from my
cooking I love that piece of meat so you
can also use the sirloin
and the oven is already preheated for
450 degrees like that
for 20 to 25 minutes and let's see after
25 minutes hello looks and now let's
make the rice and the rice that I'm
gonna make it's not that sticky boiled
rice that you eat in the hospital which

cups of rice white rice you can use any
kind of rice any kind of rice can work
with that recipe
if you're gonna use that we call it
Sharia you can find it in any
middle-eastern store or any event
Department big few stores like Walmart

because it adds more record the rice now
we are gonna add about two cups of rice
about half a teaspoon and about just a
touch of black pepper not a lot just a
touch and for my cooking always salt and
pepper is to taste you know some people
like the food salty so it's up to you
like whatever you want to add not too
much for this fall it's for your taste
you gotta keep stealing the rice like
that do not leave it on the burner you
can see it start to change the color

the water is just you add water to cover
the rice see like it's basically
covering the rice you don't add too much
water and once it's boiled you put it on
simmer and let it cook but it's not now
you keep it on high once start to boil
just put it on simmer and let it cook it
takes about 15 to 20 minutes and it will
get the best rice in your life so now
it's starting to boil like as you can
see from the top what we're gonna do
we're just gonna turn it all the way
down on simmer and let it simmer and it
will cook and you don't want to keep
turning the burner on you don't want to
uncover it
just leave it covered you put the right
amount of water by covering the rice
okay and leave it cover till it's fully
cooked the important do not forget to
turn it on simmer so it has been 35
minutes in the oven and that's how

still cooking still on simmer okay it's
about five to ten minutes that carries a
